Our liquid egg products are made exclusively from fresh hen eggs from approved companies. We fulfil ISO and ORGANIC certification standards and guarantee product standards which go well beyond the scope of the codex alimentarius (food code). 

An in-house laboratory guarantees quality as a result of continuous in-process controls. 

All of the mandatory food analyses are performed at Lebco, an authorised external laboratory.
